COVID-19 Action Plan

If you are sick, do not come in for your appointment and seek out testing if needed.
If you are 65 or older or otherwise in an at risk category, please engage in telehealth options.
Wash hands or sanitize hands often.
If able, stay in your car until you receive confirmation from your therapist that it is time for you to enter building (call, text, wave from the door, etc).
Maintain a six foot distance from other clients and therapists at all times.
Wear a mask.
Inform your therapist is you have tested positive for COVID-19 after being in the office.
If you have tested positive for COVID, please follow CDC guidelines about returning to in person contact. Current guidelines are as follows: If you have tested positive but have no symptoms you may return after 10 days after your positive test. If you tested positive and had symptoms you may return after 10 days since symptoms first appeared and 24 hours with no fever (with no use of fever reducing medicine). If you were severely ill and tested positive for COVID you may return after 20 days after symptoms first appeared.
If you have had known exposure to someone with COVID, please wait to return to office in person for 14 days.
